Size and Intended Use: The Swaddle UP™ STAGE 1 TOG 1.0 is intended for infants who are not yet rolling onto their tummy. It is available in sizes Newborn (XS), Small (S), and Medium (M). For the best fit, it is recommended to choose the size based on the baby's weight, not age.

What is the TOG rating?
Determining the right TOG rating and dressing your baby appropriately for the temperature can be confusing. Every baby feels hot and cold differently, room temperatures fluctuate, and layering affects thermal efficiency. There is no one-size-fits-all solution, but understanding these factors can help.

At Love to Dream, we use an industry-recognized measurement system called TOG. TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) helps simplify the process of choosing the right garment for your baby. Simply put: The lower the TOG rating, the lighter the fabric. The higher the TOG rating, the warmer the fabric.

• Products with a 0.2 TOG rating – ideal for temperatures 24–27°C (75–81°F).
• Products with a 1.0 TOG rating – ideal for temperatures 20–24°C (68–75°F).
• Products with a 2.5 TOG rating – ideal for temperatures 16–20°C (61–68°F).
